The Software Marketing team of Stratasys is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. This crucial role on our lean, mean SaaS marketing team (you may also know us as GrabCAD) owns responsibility for the management and maintenance of our Marketo and Salesforce automation systems including the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated programs. We need someone who is analytical and data-driven, but not afraid to get creative!
We see your role as
- Providing day-to-day Marketo and Salesforce maintenance and configuration as well as providing system support
- Leading technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of our Marketo programs and campaigns
- Collaborating with key stakeholders (marketing, sales, product management, and engineering) to implement automation for marketing programs
- Configuring and assisting the marketing team with the deployment of new marketing automation programs and helping integrate them with Salesforce
- SFDC Administration on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration
- Developing and implementing data quality and enrichment programs
- Monitoring program status, identifying issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommending and implementing corrective measures
We expect you to have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years experience, 2-3 years of solid Marketing Automation experience
- Extensive knowledge of Marketo
- Experience with Salesforce.com – especially with regard to Marketo/Salesforce integration
- Experience in lead scoring, nurturing programs and lead management (design, implementation and assessment)
- Practical hands-on experience with email marketing (list pull, working with creative and copy, tracking, QA and deployment)
- Experience setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing automated programs
- Attention to detail and effective time management. You are expected to manage your own workload to meet tight deadlines and provide excellent service levels
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
We’d love it if you also have
- Hands on experience with website testing tools like Optimizely
- Development / troubleshooting experience in HTML
- Experience working across departments with sales, product and engineering etc
- Experience using WordPress to host a blog
- Good understanding of Google Analytics basic reporting functions
