We see your role as
- Moderating Community content, keeping members engaged and providing user support.
- Help the marketing team run programs for CAD collaboration and 3D printing solutions.
We expect you to have
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A strong interest in communities
- 1-3 years Marketing or Support experience
- Experience with SaaS services
- Demonstrated record of setting and achieving personal goals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced work environment
We’d love it if you also have
- Experience with 3D printing, digital fabrication, mechanical engineering, computer aided design (CAD) software.
