Some of you have noticed that during the last 24 hours our website has experienced some stability issues. At times our site hasn’t been its usual snappy self and we have experienced some short downtime too. I wanted to take a minute to explain what’s going on.
We are rolling out a major update to the infrastructure and backend code of our site and the stability issues have been an unintended and unfortunate side effect of this process. Content of our site, the CAD models, comments etc, user data, client projects and everything else is intact (and naturally we have the backups of everything).
The site should return to it’s normal happy self within the next day. Apologies for the inconvenience the stability issues are causing.
