The selection of most interesting models uploaded this week comes from Robert Voogt who himself has been featured here a couple of times.
We already had a Wall-e alarm clock, now we have got Wall-e himself. Manzil Kale did a great job on recreating the robot we all love (am I right?). This model should be used in an animation!
Sure, why not model a complete drilling barge? The Excalibur by Dolph is a perfect model, which deserves a realistic render. Will you upload a new drilling barge soon?
Dan Novak made the M1911 with an almost scary level of detail. It's his first firearm model here on GrabCAD, I really hope he will make more.
There are curve's and curve's... and there is the Ferrari 250GT. I still cannot believe that no one has made an "Italian road" -themed render of this awesome car modelled by Mateusz. His other car models are also worth checking out!
This (very) cute model of an airplane called "Jimbo" would be an excellent excuse to start 3D-printing.
("for the kids, honey!") There is also a version without wheels. Could be used in a children's "mobile". Modeled by Pranav Panchal.
For the architects and interior designers here on GrabCAD, this double kitchen sink from Christopher Mills is a welcome addition. I hope to see this model being added to other people's kitchen scenes.
Igor Lins e Silva has an eye for detail; smooth curves, hard lines, small parts, big parts, it all blends beautiful together in this engine model. Stick it in your RC model!
When I first saw the panel cooker by mart32 (I guess his age is 32), I had to look twice if this wasn't a real panel cooker photoshopped. Stunning!
This acoustic guitar, simply named: "Guitar" by Sartorius has a very high detail level. It could be placed everywhere, near camp fires or in the back of your car...
This excellent Sony camera model from Nicolas Rousselet gives you the opportunity to enrich your scene's. Try adding this model to your scene, and make it only visible in the reflections of the main object. Add a tripod for an even more realistic shot!
As always, if you need a model in another format, just leave a comment asking the uploader for a neutral format (step, iges, etc.) What were your favorites this week?
